2000 Pierce Dash with a six-man cab and 100 foot rear-mount bucket powered with a 500 horsepower Detroit diesel. The pump is a 2000 gpm two-stage waterous type with a 300 gallon poly tank. The vehicle is also equipped with an AMPS generator.

Ladder 1 is designated for F.A.S.T (Firefighter Assist Search Team) responses. Ladder 1's equipment cache consists of search ropes, lifelines, various gas/battery powered saws, and has a full complement of hydraulic rescue equipement.
