Established in 1931, the Ladies Auxiliary purpose is to promote the intellectual, moral and social welfare of its members and to assist the Brighton Volunteer Fire Company #5.
The membership of the Auxiliary are the spouses, mothers, sisters and daughters 18 years or older, of the members (living or deceased) of Brighton Volunteer Fire Company #5.
The current officers for 2002 are:

- Secretary: Anne Marie Will
- Treasurer: Carol Halt
- Sergeant-at-Arms: Sally O`Brien
